Students were taken to the lab to demonstrate the reaction of magnesium ribbon with oxygen. Magnesium burns in air to form a white ash and burns with a luminous flame. When this white powder ash is dissolved in water and tested with a drop of phenopthalpheno indicator, the solution turns dark pink showing that the solution is basic in nature.

The theme for the assembly was festival of BAISAKHI.All students participated in events such as prayer, poem, speech, quiz and cultural dance. Events like these are essential for the development of various aspects in a student's life like team spirit, cooperation and building one's confidence.
